Engazeo is an Instagram automation platform that allows users to automate interactions on their Instagram Business or Creator accounts, including automated replies to comments, direct messages, and story interactions using AI-powered tools.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.
• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

By using Engazeo, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use at all times.
• Not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive behavior.
• Not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Take full responsibility for all automated actions performed on your Instagram account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are solely responsible for the content of automated messages sent through our platform.

You may not use Engazeo to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harass other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Distribute malware or harmful content.
• Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.

• Engazeo offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Engazeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Engazeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to Instagram account suspension or restrictions imposed by Meta.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
